The Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) will present a federal policy webinar on Sept. 3, spotlighting pressing policy developments and funding opportunities for organic agriculture.

The one-hour virtual event, held from 1 to 2 p.m. EDT, will feature a discussion with Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT and insights from OFRF policy specialists Gordon Merrick and Vinnie Trometter.

The webinar will cover the latest policy developments impacting organic farmers, key federal funding opportunities and what lies ahead for the organic agriculture sector nationwide.

Merrick and Trometter bring extensive policy experience and will offer perspectives from Washington, D.C., making this a timely discussion for stakeholders across the organic farming community.

Organized by OFRF in partnership with Iroquois Valley Farmland REIT, the webinar aims to inform organic producers, researchers and advocates about recent shifts in federal policy and available resources.
