Southern sustainable agriculture conference brings together growers, stakeholders
Over 1,000 farmers, ranchers, food system professionals, and advocates will gather in Atlanta for SOWTH 2025, a three-day conference focused on building a sustainable agricultural movement across the South. The event will be held Feb. 4-6, 2025, at the Georgia World Congress Center.
SOWTH 2025 continues the legacy of the Southern SAWG Conference, which aimed to support family farms throughout the region. The conference, organized by partners across 13 states and territories, will explore solutions to advance farmer prosperity, production methods, advocacy and environmental justice.

Additionally, SOWTH 2025 has scholarships available, which cover registration costs, farm tour, on-site childcare and travel expenses. Producers in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, U.S. Virgin Islands and Virginia are eligible to apply.
