Discount rates available for MOSES Organic Farming Conference

Early Bird rates and other opportunities are available for growers hoping to attend the MOSES Organic Farming Conference. The event, Feb. 27-29, 2020, in La Crosse, Wis.

The event will feature 60 workshops in categories that include field crops, certification, livestock and market farming, according to the event website. About 170 vendors with exhibit at a trade show. Keynote speakers include author and farmer Leah Penniman and economist John Ikerd.

The Early Bird rates for registration, which run through Jan. 7 is $160, a $60 savings off the door price. There are also special rates for college or technical school students, as well as high school FFA members.

MOSES has offered scholarships to ag professionals in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and although those scholarships have been awarded, other scholarship opportunities are listed on their website.
