USApple explores post-harvest numbers, trends

The U.S. Apple Association is highlighting findings from its USAppleTracker report of national storage surveys to identify trends in production and varietal shifts.

The 45-minute webinar starts at 3 p.m. Eastern Dec. 19. Registration is online.

Chris Gerlach, USApple’s director of industry analytics, will use USAppleTracker storage surveys to help the industry understand where it is compared to previous seasons, according to a news release. The USAppleTracker national storage surveys detail the holdings and movement of U.S. apples by state, variety, use and storage type over the course of a season.

Gerlach will review the latest storage reports, according to the release, to help the industry recalibrate for the rest of the marketing year.
