2026 Southwest Michigan Horticultural Days set for Feb. 4-5
The 2026 Southwest Michigan Horticultural Days will be held Feb. 4-5 at Lake Michigan College’s Mendel Center in Benton Township, Michigan.
The event is organized by the Michigan Grape Society and Michigan State University Extension.
Educational sessions planned for the first day will cover general information, smart farm/precision agriculture and pesticide regulations/compliance.
Sessions held on the second day will cover topics on juice and wine grapes, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and tree fruit. MSU Extension educators and outside experts will provide informative talks and answer questions in the educational sessions.
Registration and the trade show begin at 8 a.m., and the educational sessions start at 9 a.m. on both days.
A wine showcase, free for all attendees, will be held Feb. 4.
Pre-registration for both days is $60 per person, postmarked before Jan. 16. Full meeting registrations postmarked after Jan. 16, online or at the door, will be $75 per person.
Single-day registrations are also available for a $15 discount off the full event registration price. You can visit the Michigan Grape Society website to register online.
