Rodale Institute sets Organic Field Day for July 22
Rodale Institute’s annual Organic Field Day will feature the latest results from farming trials and nearly 20 demonstration stations on its 386-acre experimental farm.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with Rodale Institute researchers and experts, and learn about a wide variety of research and demonstration projects, all focused on organic agriculture.
What to expect
Stations will be set up throughout the farm, so you’ll have the opportunity to explore our living laboratory by walking or enjoying a leisurely wagon ride from site to site.
Go at your own pace at any of our stations, including:
- Farming Systems Trial (FST)
- Vegetable Systems Trial (VST)
- Industrial Hemp
- High Tunnels and Grafted Tomatoes
- Organic Vegetable Cropping
- No-Till Management
- Pastured Hog Production
- Honeybee Conservancy
Space is limited and registration is required. To register, visit https://rodaleinstitute.org/visit/organic-field-day. If you are a veteran, you may be eligible to attend educational events for free. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
