In-person, live ‘Organic Grower Summit 2021’ planned for December
“Organic Grower Summit 2021 presented by Western Growers and OPN” will be held at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Resort in Monterey, California, on December 1-2. Exhibitor registration will open in May with general registration slated to open in June.
The live and in-person event provides growers firsthand knowledge and information in a variety of areas ranging from agtech to food safety to sustainability. “Organic Grower Summit 2021 presented by Western Growers and OPN” will provide both organizations an opportunity to offer their members and subscribers greater access to information, education, and networking opportunities on new organic products, services, and technology.
Founded in 2017, the Organic Grower Summit brings together organic growers, producers and processors for two days of education, information and networking opportunities with their production supply chain and service provider partners. Since its inception, the Organic Grower Summit has become recognized as a premium quality event showcasing the latest in technology, food safety and soil and plant health for the organic community.
“Western Growers’ members produce over half of the fresh produce grown in the United States, and nearly half of the country’s fresh organic produce. Partnering with WG will solidify the Organic Grower Summit as the best place for organic specialty crop growers to get all the latest information on the organic industry,” said Matt Seeley, CEO and co-founder of Organic Produce Network.
Founded in 1926, Western Growers represents local and regional family farmers growing fresh produce in Arizona, California, Colorado and New Mexico.
