Duncan Family Farms to sell organic fresh herbs

Duncan Family Farms, a fourth-generation certified organic farm and leading grower of baby leaf items, is proud to announce the launch of a product line of organic fresh herbs.

The new line of products is on display for the first time at the Organic Produce Summit, Sept. 15-16 this week, according to a news release from the company.

“These new items are a natural extension of the existing products we currently offer and we’re thrilled to launch under the Duncan Family Farms brand name,” Patty Emmert, community relations and marketing manager, said in the release. “We can’t wait for shoppers to try our new line of organic fresh herbs in recipes and family dinners to taste the difference.”

The company’s product line of organic fresh herbs currently includes:

  • Basil (0.66 oz, 2oz, 4oz)
  • Bay Leaves (0.25 oz)
  • Chives (0.66 oz)
  • Dill (0.66 oz)
  • Lemongrass (0.66 oz)
  • Marjoram (0.66 oz)
  • Mint (0.66 oz, 2 oz)
  • Oregano (0.66 oz)
  • Poultry Blend (0.66 oz)
  • Rosemary (0.66 oz)
  • Sage (0.66 oz)
  • Tarragon (0.66 oz)
  • Thai Basil (0.66 oz)
  • Thyme (0.66 oz)

Duncan Family Farms’ experience growing and producing leafy greens and other organic vegetables helped launch of the new line, according to the release. The company uses a multi-regional infrastructure and food safety protocols to offer customers consistent supply, healthy volume and exceptional product quality.

The Organic Fresh Herb line is currently available for both retail and foodservice.
