New organic regenerative toolkit released

The Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) has released a new tool for regenerative farming.

The tool is designed to amplify the power of organic farming for climate solutions and healthy communities, according to a news release.

“The need for transformative land management practices has never been more pressing. Farmers strive to combat climate change while working to convey how organic management practices contribute to a better world. And consumers increasingly seek transparency in their food supply chain to assess the impact of their food choices. While buzzwords like ‘regenerative’ gain traction, definitions remain murky and the role of organic farming in this conversation is often overlooked,” ORRF officials said in the release.

Organic Farming Research FoundationOFRF’s latest project, Organic is Regenerative, a Messaging Toolkit for Organic Advocates, was developed by OFRF in partnership with the National Organic Coalition. The comprehensive toolkit empowers organic advocates to effectively communicate the benefits of organic farming and its crucial role in building a future that’s healthy for people and planet, according to the release.

With resources ranging from one-page fliers to social media graphics and a presentation slide deck, the toolkit offers versatile tools to learn more and amplify an organic growers’ message for diverse audiences.
