Specialty hydroponic and organic garden center GrowGeneration Corp. has expanded into its 17th state with the acquisition of inventory and equipment from Community Garden & Greenhouse in Bozeman, Montana.
GrowGen, now with 60 stores including 20 California locations and seven in Michigan, also took over the existing store in Bozeman.
“We are excited to expand our retail footprint into Montana with this transaction,” Darren Lampert, CEO and co-founder of GrowGen, said in a news release. “Since its founding, Community Garden & Greenhouse has been very successful in serving its local and surrounding growing communities. We look forward to continuing this strong legacy and further building out this strategically important market for GrowGen.”
