“Our goal for OPS 2024 is to showcase our organic farming with field tours and our product innovation with two new organic chopped salad kits,” Kori Tuggle, Braga Fresh vice president marketing and product development, said in a news release.

The two chopped salad kits are Organic Jalapeno Ranch and Organic Basil Crunch. Organic Jalapeno Ranch includes green cabbage, romaine lettuce, carrots, cilantro and green onions paired with tortilla strips and pepitas. The Organic Basil Crunch kit mixes kale, red cabbage, carrots, radicchio, a basil and garlic vinaigrette, Parmesan cheese and crispy quinoa.

“These two new flavors offer the organic shoppers unique flavors for those seeking clean ingredients in a chopped salad kit,” Tuggle said.

The Soledad, California-based Braga harvests organic and conventional vegetables throughout the year in northern and southern California and Yuma, AZ, growing regions.

It markets 80-plus stock-keeping units of organic vegetables, including multiple varieties and packs of leafy greens such as arugula, chard, cilantro, fennel, kale, leeks, parsley, spinach, green and red leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, spring mix and collards. Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, celery, green onions and beets are other major items.
